I’ve done what they told me and bought “Killing In The Name Of” by Rage Against The Machine in an effort that will bring it closer to that number one spot for crimbo. Rage guitarist Tom Morello is all about the chart anarchy and approved of throwing a spanner in Simon Cowell’s seemingly unstoppable pop machine. Either way the Sony label wins but it’s a moral victory nonetheless over Simon Cowell. With his ego I’m sure it’d have to sting just a bit to take number 2. It’d be worth the 99c to make Cheryl “Alreet Luv” Cole cry anyway.
I took part in Kenny Egans Charity Fight Night last Saturday and even after 8 weeks of training nothing could prepare me for the physical and mental demands of a boxing match! Not a fan of this song but like the boxing themed video I checked out on Kanye’s blog.
This blog had suffered due to good work I’ve been doing for Movember, the men’s moustache growing charity. Last night marked the official end of Movember in Ireland with the Gala Parté in Tripod. Our team dressed fabulously in Disney dress that had Walt probably turning his cryogenic grave. I dressed as Pedro Pan and following dancing naked at the IADT ‘Miracle on Store Street’ Xmas do with all but a green pair of tights on. Meneo, the man responsible for all the magical nakedness that ensued played a stormer with his GameBoy and if you ever get the opportunity to see them make sure you do. GOLD.
Kanye is famed in the hip-hop world for his blinged out Jesus head pieces that he designs himself when he’s not to busy being “creative”. The great news, you can have your very own for a fraction of the price and made out of wood! Wear your religion proud and less loud here.
