Damien Hirst and Levis have collaborated over recent years where they came out with some affordable and wearable pieces that featured the themes associated with his artwork such as skulls, spots and spin art. Here he is using the denim brand as a canvas for a art piece entitled ‘The Spin Jeans’. Images of these have been doing the rounds since last year and have popped up again so I think they’re being auctioned within the next week or so. There will be just 8 examples worldwide with a suggested retail price of approximately 20,000 yuros. Yeah I know what your thinking, old 501’s, poster paint, table on roulette wheel…easy.
